Digitization at Moira

SAP Implementation started at MOIRA SARIYA 

Thinking ahead of times, in 2019, MOIRA’s management started the SAP implementation, which turned out to be the first in Secondary Steel & Special as it went live in April-2020 during COVID peak period. Moira is now moving towards a paperless office through the adoption of the latest pioneering technologies.

Moira embarked upon the realignment of its multi-faceted business activities through the powerful medium of Information Technology. The IT mission was realigned ‘To develop an integrated, flexible and standardized Information Technology architecture to position MOIRA towards fundamental competitive advantage’. The existing standalone applications (Tally – for Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Material Management etc) and other legacy information systems were brought together under a common ERP platform SAP S/4 HANA. Thus, Project Mission Mangal, Information Consolidation for Efficiency was born, out of the strategic vision of the MOIRA’s board, particularly that of Mr. Vimal Todi the Chairman, Mr. Pawan Singhania the MD & Mr. Avinash Todi ED with the motto of “One Organization, One Data and One Information”.

Project Pankh (CRM) 

At Moira we want to create deep-rooted engagements with our customers and channel partners and our initiatives to drive commercial excellence are shaping the future, with new tools like Salesforce. Salesforce is one of the top cloud-based CRM software providers in the international market. It is designed for service, marketing, and sales. Project Pankh for Salesforce development at Moira enhanced collaboration, & improved internal communications, so no matter where they are, teams in marketing, sales, finance, service, and IT share a single customer view. This enables a deeper understanding of customers on one customer relationship management (CRM) platform and help us to serve our customer better.

Freight Tiger 

Freight Tiger is an end to end Logistic tracking and management system. Vehicle tracking link are made available to concern at the time of vehicle Dispatch. This enhances transparency in dispatch system and reduce chances of theft. This gives Moira and our dealers any time visibility and higher predictability of transit time. It also gives us real time information to plan our Logistics to optimize our dispatch services.
